Ten Hair Brushing Tips | All Natural | Take Care

Ten Hair Brushing Tips :

1. Do not use brushes with broken or damaged bristles or quills. Using such brushes can tear and snag your hair as well as scratch your scalp.

2. Brush your hair in the morning and before going to bed. You should also do it before shampooing to get rid of tangles, dead skin cells and dirt.

3. If your hair is really tangled or backcombed, you first need to loosen up any knots. You can do this by using a wide toothed comb.

4. You can pull and tug your hair with over-zealous strokes. So, always brush gently.

5. Wet hair should not be brushed. Use a wide toothed comb to untangle. Go from the ends up towards the roots.

6. Ignore the suggestion of 100 brush strokes every day. This can lead to a few problems: promote breakage and split ends, cause stress to the hair and over stimulate the production of sebum, making hair greasy.

7. Normal brushing can give hair a luminous, glossy shine. When you brush your hair, the cuticles lie flat, therefore reflecting more light. As a result, enhanced shine is created.

8. Sebum oil is a hair’s natural conditioner. Brushing spreads it down the hair shaft to make hair glossy.

9. Brushing stimulates the blood flow to the hair follicles improving healthy growth.

10. You must keep your brushes clean. Wash them on a regular basis in hot soapy water.

If you dislike the trims you get in a salon for whatever reason, you can trim your own hair at home. Trimming will give your hair a new look. You should get your hair trimmed after every 30 days.

Here is how to do it:

- Trim hair when it’s wet. This way it will be cut easily.
- If your hair dries up quickly, spray it with water.
- Use a double-sided mirror so you can see the back of your hair as well as the front.
- Make sure your hair is tangle-free and combed straight.
- Separate your hair into equal sections, and work on one section at a time.
- With your two fingers (index and middle finger) hold the tip of one section of hair. Don’t hold your hair in a bunch but spread it evenly between your fingers.
- Decide how much you need to trim. Cut off the portion that falls below your fingers, in a straight line. Repeat for each section of hair with the length you had snipped before. Make sure you use a sharp professional hair cutting scissor while trimming your own hair at home.

How To Naturally Remove Unwanted Facial & Body Hair Permanently?

Some home remedies for "How to Remove Unwanted Face Hair Permanently" (face and body):

Facial and body hair is considered unattractive by a large number of people. Excessive hair is usually due to heredity or genetics. Hormonal changes and emotional stress can also cause superfluous hair growth. Then how to remove facial hair permanently naturally ?
Mild to moderate conditions can be treated with home remedies. Excessive hair growth can be removed by natural remedies such as waxing or removing them permanently by laser treatments. Shaving and tweezing excess hair is also a preferred method but using wrong methods or accessories can cause more damage then benefits. Excessive hair growth can also be camouflaged with the help of bleaching agents that help lighten the hair color to match the skin color.

Remedies:

Some common home remedies may help with the permanent removal of excess hair. The use of Bengal gram powder as a soap substitute can reduce hair growth. Powdered Bengal gram is a natural cleanser and scrub. Using it regularly as a scrub can reduce hair growth. Similarly applying a mixture of milk cream and turmeric can also remove hair growth and also lighten the hair color. Applying a mixture of yoghurt, powdered Bengal gram and turmeric can also prove beneficial in removing unwanted hair. You can also prepare a natural home made wax to remove excess hair. Wax can be made at home with the help of sugar granules (500 gms), water (one cup), citric acid (a quarter teaspoon) and glycerin (half teaspoon). Heat water and sugar until sugar melts. Add citric acid dissolved in half cup warm water. The consistency of this liquid should be a little thicker than honey. Add the glycerin at this point and the wax is ready for use.
Waxing regularly is known to reduce the density of hair growth. If you are using hot wax, test the temperature before you apply it to your legs as it can cause extensive burns if the wax is too hot. It is important to keep in mind that such hair removal is not permanent in nature.
A natural bleaching agent like lemon juice can also work wonders in bleaching the skin. Apply the juice of a lemon mixed with a little honey. Using this mixture regularly can bleach the hair permanently. A paste made of sugar, lime juice and water can also be applied on the surface of the skin. Make sure you apply the mixture in the direction of the hair growth. Allow this paste to dry and rinse it with cold water after ten to fifteen minutes. Try this procedure at least two times a week to achieve desired results. Another effective remedy is a mixture of one egg white, a table spoon sugar and a pinch of corn flour. This sticky paste can be applied on the skin, allowed to dry and rinsed with cold water. Try simple home remedies instead of choosing surgical or laser treatments to remove unwanted hair.

Facial Hair Home Removal Tips

Facial Hair Home Removal Tips

Facial hair-  I know all of us hate it. Facial hair is one of the most annoying skin problems I have come across. I have facial hair, and I am constantly trying to find remedies and tips for getting rid of these hairs. I get them waxed once in two months or something (trust me, waxing is way better then threading, threading is killing). I don’t have a massive facial hair growth but then even small amount of facial hair is just not tolerable.

So here I am with some of the home remedies for facial hair removal, I mean they won’t sweep off all your facial hair in one take but yes, will reduce their growth.
• Take sugar, lemon and water. In a bowl, put sugar, and squeeze in about half of a lemon add around 1 teaspoon of water and mix it. Make sure it doesn’t become very runny. With a brush apply it on your face, and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Do this twice a week.
• Take around 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and add around 4 tablespoons of honey in it. With a brush, apply the mixture on your face in the direction of your hair. Leave for around 15 minutes and then wash it off.
• Take turmeric powder and some milk, mix them together. Rub the paste like mixture on your face and leave it for around 15 minutes and wash off. Whilst washing scrub it off in a circular motion with fingers.
facil hair home removal-Facial Hair Home Removal Tips• Take 1 egg, a spoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of corn flour. Mix them unless they form a good thick paste. Rub it on your face and peel it off. Apply this paste on your face three to four times a week.
• Take some gram flour (besan) and mix it with water. Let it be a thick paste. Rub it on face and keep it on for 5 minutes. Take some water on your palms, simply make them wet and scrub off the besan from your face. Have circular motions for this and rub it off. After the besan sheds down from your face, let the remnant besan dry on the face and then wash it off.
• Take besan, turmeric and curd in a bow, mix it. Apply the paste and rub it off after 15 minutes. Finally wash it off with water.
• Take milk in a bowl and some chickpea flour. Mix them to form a paste, and apply the paste on your face. Keep it on for some 20 odd minutes and wash it off.
• Take some fresh cream and a little bit of turmeric powder in it. Beat it, and apply the paste on your face. Apply it in the direction of the hair growth and scrub it off in the same direction of your facial hair growth. A bit of itch and irritation is obvious with this one, but it won’t be permanent. It will be normal after you wash it off completely.
• Washing your face with milk powder or rice water also helps in reducing facial hair growth. Avoid using soap.
• Take around 3-4 almonds and grind it to fine powder, mix this with turmeric powder and form a paste adding some milk or rose water. Apply it on face and keep it on overnight. Wash it off in the morning.
• Soak lentils overnight. Grind them in the morning along with some raw potato. Add lemon juice, turmeric powder and honey to it. Apply it on your face and keep it for some time. This pack reduces facial hair growth and also bleaches the hair.
• Rub pumice stone gently on your face, this will work gently and slowly but permanently.
• Mix chana powder and turmeric together with some rose water. Apply it on your face and let it be there for around 20 to 25 minutes. Scrub it off gently and wash off.
• Take corn flour, and sugar. Beat it with one egg and apply the paste on your face. Wash off after 10-15 minutes.
• Spearmint tea is also great for reducing facial hair growth.
• Dry some orange peels, and grind it to powder. Mix this powder with curd and turmeric. Apply it on skin and scrub in circular motion. Wash it off after the whole paste sheds.
• Grind apricots and mix it with honey. Apply it on face and use as a scrub.
• Take some fenugreek powder and mix it with some besan and rose water. Apply it and scrub.
